Video compilation from my homestay with a family of Nenets reindeer herders on the Yamal Peninsula in arctic Siberia. The Nenets live in some of the harshest conditions on the planet and work incredibly hard every day to survive in temperatures that get as low as -60C/-76F when there's as little as 4 hours of light.I'd like to thank my guide, Ed, for translating and for all that he taught me (and for being patient with me when I could barely walk).
