_marbella-party-house-stormed-by-police-after-being-39fraudulently39-rented-on-airbnb.webp "A Marbella party house was stormed by police after allegedly being fraudulently let out on Airbnb â for thousands of pounds a week. <br/><br/>The property, popular with British tourists, is said to have been used as a party house â with rowdy dos going on into the early hours.<br/><br/>Residents on the street say loud music was a common occurrence, with drugs and even weapons allegedly being spotted in and around the property.<br/><br/>Yesterday (25) residents claim police arrived to evict holidaymakers. <br/><br/>The property is understood to have been booked until February next year at ÂŖ3400 per week with reservation charges of âŦ1000 per guest. <br/><br/>Locals say the owner has now changed his locks and insists he had 'no idea' what had been going on at his holiday home after leaving it in the hands of a maintenance man.<br/><br/>It is understood it was then let out to another tenant without the owner's permission who then sub-let the property on Airbnb.<br/><br/>Residents on the street who witnessed the party house in full swing said: âIt almost turned into a party villa with 40 plus people throwing crazy parties with drugs and alcohol. <br/><br/>âItâs been going on for eight months, itâs been going on for a long time â there's been a high turnover of people on short term lettings. <br/><br/>âThe actual owner is back in his own property and has changed the locks and everything else and says he doesn't want to rent it out as a holiday villa. <br/><br/>âHe turned up and a load of people were in his house who shouldn't be there, he wasn't very happy at all. <br/><br/>âHeâs very unhappy with the maintenance man, heâs extremely angry with him, nobody told him what was going on. <br/><br/>âIt was almost an open house, the doors were open â people were taking drugs, using NOS balloons, there was just lots of pretty strange stuff going on. <br/><br/>âMarbella is a weird and wonderful place at best of times.â <br/><br/>Videos from local residents show police, journalists and security cars lining the usually quiet street. <br/><br/>Guests and estate agents were seen arguing in the footage as tensions flared.<br/><br/>Police cars were seen patrolling the street and a locksmith was present to stop other unauthorised guests from accessing the property.<br/><br/>One local added: \")

Chris Roark, from California, has transformed a 1958 Chevrolet Impala after his previous show-winning car, called The Perfect Score, was destroyed in a crash. Chris told R.Rides: âThe Perfect Score was a three time Lowrider Magazine show winner and, on our third title coming home, we were cut off and we got swiped over onto the embankment. The trailer came loose from our toe rig and the car was totalled. That loss, it was very, very tough.â After the accident the other members of the Traditional car club encouraged Chris to create another car in honour of The Perfect Score. From there, The Final Score was born. The impressive lowrider was customised in every way possible with Chris estimating there is close to 600 custom machine parts in the car. This included the door handles, which were shaped for pop doors. The interior was made with full leather ostrich skin, with custom logos engraved on the seats. And everything matches, with the whole engine was engraved to match the outer pinstripe paint. Even the motor was customised, a LS1 that came out of a mid-80s Corvette. Chris told R.Rides: âWhen I look at the Final Score, I see engineering, craftsmanship and detail.â Despite the success of the original lowrider, Chrisâs fans werenât immediately approving of his new build. Chris explained: âA lot of people didn't take to it when it first came out. They were like, âWhat is this?, this doesn't look good, what are the colours that are mixing?â âBut a couple years went by and now you start to see a lot of people starting to entertain all these different colours.â The lowrider has built up a legion of fans, but will Chris continue building these cars? He said: âItâs tough as you get older, you slow down. I have my son and my nephew that are young guns and they've been keeping the fire under me to keep me going.â Chrisâs son, Chris Jr is now leading the next generation of car customizers. Chris Jr told us: âMy favourite part of the low rider is when you could get in it and drive, put the top down, just have fun. And they're different, they're unique, not everyone likes low riders, but everyone has their own different tastes. I just like to be behind the wheel and feel the creation of building something thatâs unique like this.â")
