Chris Roark, from California, has transformed a 1958 Chevrolet Impala after his previous show-winning car, called The Perfect Score, was destroyed in a crash. Chris told R.Rides: “The Perfect Score was a three time Lowrider Magazine show winner and, on our third title coming home, we were cut off and we got swiped over onto the embankment. The trailer came loose from our toe rig and the car was totalled. That loss, it was very, very tough.” After the accident the other members of the Traditional car club encouraged Chris to create another car in honour of The Perfect Score. From there, The Final Score was born. The impressive lowrider was customised in every way possible with Chris estimating there is close to 600 custom machine parts in the car. This included the door handles, which were shaped for pop doors. The interior was made with full leather ostrich skin, with custom logos engraved on the seats. And everything matches, with the whole engine was engraved to match the outer pinstripe paint. Even the motor was customised, a LS1 that came out of a mid-80s Corvette. Chris told R.Rides: “When I look at the Final Score, I see engineering, craftsmanship and detail.” Despite the success of the original lowrider, Chris’s fans weren’t immediately approving of his new build. Chris explained: “A lot of people didn't take to it when it first came out. They were like, ‘What is this?, this doesn't look good, what are the colours that are mixing?’ “But a couple years went by and now you start to see a lot of people starting to entertain all these different colours.” The lowrider has built up a legion of fans, but will Chris continue building these cars? He said: “It’s tough as you get older, you slow down. I have my son and my nephew that are young guns and they've been keeping the fire under me to keep me going.” Chris’s son, Chris Jr is now leading the next generation of car customizers. Chris Jr told us: “My favourite part of the low rider is when you could get in it and drive, put the top down, just have fun. And they're different, they're unique, not everyone likes low riders, but everyone has their own different tastes. _shocking-moment-staff-member-punches-a-teenage-linesman-to-the-floor-in-a-sudden-mid-game-attack.webp "Shocking footage has emerged capturing the moment that a young linesman was punched in the face by a staff member from a rival football team in North Wales. <br/><br/>The North Wales Coast Football Association match at Amlwch Town saw Clwb Pêl-Droed Penrhyndeudraeth put eight past the hosts in a hugely one-sided affair, however things turned sour soon after the whistle first blew. <br/><br/>With one of the visiting players serving voluntarily as the linesman for the league clash, a figure from the Amlwch staff appeared to strike the player after just 15 minutes of action. <br/><br/>Video footage shows the stunning moment, with two crossing paths on the touchline. <br/><br/>It is not clear whether anything is said between the two, before the Amlwch figure steps up and aims a blow at the linesman's chin, sending him to the ground. <br/><br/>Seemingly stunned for a few seconds, the linesman gets back to his feet as the staff member returns to their bench before Penrhyn boss Riccardo Pellegrino comes over and helps his player up to his feet. <br/><br/>The rest of the Penrhyn squad then come running over to the scene, but Pellegrino prevents any conflict by ushering them away, though the team remains nearby. <br/><br/>One of Pellegrino's assistants appears to talk to the figure that aimed the punch in a bid to calm him down, while other players from the home bench then walk over. <br/><br/>The shocking attack has been reported to North Wales Police, as reported by both the NWCFA and Penrhyn. <br/><br/>The club's statement read: 'A fantastic result and performance from the lads today.<br/><br/>'Unfortunately, the game was marred by an incident which occurred approximately 15 minutes into the game when a Penrhyn player, acting as a voluntary linesman, was assaulted. <br/><br/>'The Club will not be making any further comments but will support the player as the matter has been reported to the police.'<br/><br/>The NWCFA added: 'The North Wales Coast Football Association (NWCFA) is aware of a video circulating on social media about an incident at Amlwch Town FC. This incident is currently being investigated by the police, to which the NWCFA has requested details.<br/><br/>'Whilst this is an ongoing investigation, we would urge people not to share the video or comment as this could impact any investigation.<br/><br/>'The incident will be investigated accordingly on conclusion of the police investigation.'<br/><br/>Penrhyn would go on to win the game 8-0 in a dominant showing in the amateur clash.<br/><br/>Cai Henshaw netted four in the hefty win, while Tom Hughes netted twice and Deio Hughes and Gwion Davis got the other two. <br/><br/>Pellegrino added on Facebook after the incident: 'Your behavior on the pitch after what happened was impeccable, I'm proud to coach this fantastic group of lads.<br/><br/>'I’m proud of all of you COYC.'<br/><br/>The Wales FA CEO confirmed on social media that they are aware of the incident and have condemned the attack.<br/><br/>North Wales Police said: 'We can confirm that we are currently investigating an assault which occurred at Amlwch Town FC’s grounds on Saturday, April 27th")

We knew that the Cowboys had two areas of importance on both the offensive line and the defensive line. The offensive line issue was answered on day one with the selection of OT Tyler Guyton. He will replace Tyron Smith, the Cowboys lost Smith in free agency to the Jets. Dallas lost Dorance Armstrong in free agency as well to Washington so the Kneeland pick makes sense, he will help with the loss of Armstrong. <br/><br/>Kneeland came out of Western Michigan University in his 2023 season he played in nine games and had a career-high 57 tackles, 4.5 sacks, 7.5 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, and eight quarterback hurries. Kneeland was named second-team All-MAC. <br/><br/>Also, Dallas needs help with the run and they have lacked in that department for a couple years…Marshawn Kneeland had a 99 percentile run stop % since 2022. <br/><br/>The Cowboys selected G Cooper Beebe out of Kansas State with their 73rd overall pick in the third round on day two of the draft. Dallas continues to prioritize their offensive line by grabbing another guard early. <br/><br/>Beebe was a First-Team All-American in 2023. He played in 51 games for Kansas State and started in 48 of them. His 48 starts ranked 5th highest amongst all wildcats since 1990. He was named 2022 and 2023 Big12 Offensive Lineman of the year, one of five players to earn the honor since the award started in 2006. In his career Beebe only gave up five sacks amongst 1,488 career pass blocking snaps. <br/><br/>The Cowboys selected LB Martist Liufau out of Notre Dame with their 87th overall pick in the third round of the NFL Draft. This was another area where the Cowboys needed some work, with the loss of Leighton Vander Esch to injuries it left an opening for opportunity. <br/><br/>Liufau finished his 2023 season as a second year starter for Notre Dame. He finished 2023 as one of the team’s top tacklers.
